Keep sealed vials cool, dry and away from light; for long-term storage many labs keep them at −20 °C. Each product page lists the storage conditions for that compound. Follow your institution's protocols once a vial is opened.
Each lot is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Purity is measured by HPLC and identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry. Lots below 99% purity are not listed.
The same seven checks run on every lot: appearance, purity (HPLC), identity (ESI-MS), net peptide content, water content (Karl Fischer), endotoxin (LAL) and heavy metals (ICP-MS). The lab, test date and methods are named on each certificate. Read how we test.

Purity describes the peptide relative to related impurities. Net peptide content describes how much of the powder is peptide at all; the rest is counter-ions and moisture. Both are normal and reported separately.
Yes. Past lots stay searchable in the certificate lookup by their lot number. If you can't find one, send us the lot number and we'll track it down.

Every order includes shipment protection. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll reship at no cost.
Because of the nature of research materials, we can't accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a refund. See the refund policy.
